How to download Masters from DMS to Tally

Step 1: Ensure Successful Mapping then click on  save button then Sync button at botton of Tally mapping Dashboard

Before exporting, ensure that the mapping process (refer to the guide on how to map) is completed. Once mapping is done, you can export both mapped and unmapped masters from DMS to Tally.

Step 2: Use FA TallyConnector Software

   - Open the FA TallyConnector software.

   - Select the options for  Ledger, Product and Warehouse Download. (Alternatively, you can process one masters type at a time by selecting a single option and proceeding step by step) Click on the Start button.

Step 3: Exporting Masters from DMS to Tally

During the export process:

- The mapped FAID will be linked with the corresponding Tally name as configured during the mapping process.

- Unmapped masters from DMS will also be created in Tally during the export process. Alternatively, when importing vouchers, any unmapped masters will be automatically created in Tally.

While importing Ledger Masters, all its mapped FAID, Address, State, Pincode, and GSTIN details will be imported .

While importing Item Masters Masters, all its mapped FAID, HSN details,GST Tax Rate  will be imported .
